Right to Cancel

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days without any reason. The 14-day period starts the day you (or someone appointed by you) receive the goods.

How to Cancel

Cancellation Deadline

To meet the cancellation deadline, it's enough to send your cancellation request before the 14-day period expires.

Effects of Cancellation

If you cancel your order within 14 days, we will issue a full refund for the purchase price, excluding any return shipping costs. We may deduct a portion of the refund if the goods show signs of damage caused by handling beyond what's necessary to determine their nature, characteristics, and functionality.

Refunds

We will process your refund promptly, but no later than:

  • 14 days after receiving the returned goods.
  • 14 days after you provide evidence of having returned the goods (if applicable).
  • 14 days after we are informed about your cancellation if no goods were delivered.

We will use the same payment method you used for the initial purchase unless otherwise agreed upon. You will not incur any fees as a result of the refund.

  • An exchange (and if so, the desired replacement product)
  • A full refund

Packaging Fragile Items

If you are returning a delicate item, ensure the courier service you use is aware of the contents and that the shipment is fully insured for the full retail value.
