Our equipment is covered by a guarantee against faults and concealed defects, subject to specific conditions:

1. The device must be installed and adjusted by a professional installer.
2. Users must adhere to the instructions outlined in our technical documents and installation/adjustment guidelines.
3. The installation, usage, and maintenance of the device must comply with applicable standards, legislation, and the indications provided in the technical instructions accompanying the device.

This guarantee entails the replacement of defective parts identified as faulty from the outset by our "Guarantee Inspection" Department, at our factory. However, carriage and labor costs are the responsibility of the user. Furthermore, if the repair or replacement of parts covered by the guarantee proves to be excessively costly relative to the appliance's price, the decision to replace or repair the appliance will be made by the vendor.

Our standard guarantee period is two (2) years for all appliances, except for closed combustion fireplaces and inserts, which have a five (5)-year guarantee, with the following exclusions:

1. Indicator lights, fuses, electrical elements, and fans.
2. Parts subject to wear or exposed to high temperatures, including soles and burner grates, bottom plates baffles, ash pans, paintwork, surface treatments for decorative parts, seals, and glass.
3. Any damage resulting from the use of the appliance with a fuel other than specified in our instructions.
4. Damage caused to parts by external elements (e.g., down drafts, storm damage, dampness, abnormal pressure or vacuum, heat shocks, etc.).
5. Damage to electrical components caused by connecting and using the appliance on a mains system with a voltage more than 10% above or below the nominal 220V.

Exclusion of Liability:

For products manufactured at the client's request, we, as a subcontractor, cannot be held liable under any circumstances for defects arising from installation or design faults with the item in question, vis-a-vis the client or third parties.
